We are looking for a reliable, responsible, and professional Company Driver to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe and timely transportation for company staff, management, documents, and other business-related requirements.
The ideal candidate should have a valid UAE driving licence, good knowledge of Dubai roads, a safe driving record, and a professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport company employees, management, and authorised personnel as required.
- Drive company vehicles responsibly and follow all UAE traffic rules and regulations.
- Pick up and drop off employees or visitors according to the assigned schedule.
- Provide transportation for business-related errands, document collection, deliveries, and other company requirements.
- Maintain good knowledge of Dubai and UAE roads, routes, and major locations.
- Plan routes efficiently and ensure timely arrival at destinations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and general condition of the assigned vehicle.
- Conduct basic daily checks of the vehicle, including fuel, tyres, lights, oil, and other essential items.
- Report any vehicle problems, accidents, traffic violations, or maintenance requirements to the concerned person immediately.
- Ensure all required vehicle documents are available and valid.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with company staff, clients, and visitors.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel, and other vehicle-related expenses when required.
- Assist with other company-related driving duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Valid UAE Driving Licence.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant driving experience in the UAE preferred.
- Good knowledge of Dubai roads and locations.
- Clean and safe driving record.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, punctual, and responsible attitude.
- Ability to follow schedules and work flexible hours when required.
- Ability to maintain the company vehicle in a clean and presentable condition.
- Previous experience as a company driver, personal driver, office driver, or similar role is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Good knowledge of GPS and navigation applications such as Google Maps.
- Familiarity with Dubai and surrounding areas.
- Good time-management skills.
- Ability to communicate politely and professionally with employees and visitors.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
