Job Summary

The driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and timely transportation of company staff, clients, or goods as assigned. The role requires excellent driving skills, knowledge of traffic rules, vehicle maintenance awareness, and a professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly.
• Transport staff, clients, or goods to designated locations on time.
• Follow all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of the assigned vehicle.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report mechanical issues.
• Ensure the vehicle has valid registration, insurance, and required documents.
• Plan routes efficiently and use GPS or navigation applications when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle expenses.
• Handle company documents or deliveries securely and confidentially.
• Report accidents, delays, vehicle damage, or other incidents to management promptly.
• Provide courteous and professional service at all times.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Valid driving license appropriate for the vehicle type.
• Previous driving experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of local roads and traffic regulations.
• Punctual, trustworthy, and responsible.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work flexible hours when required.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety checks.

Reporting To: Supervisor or Operations Manager

Pay: ﷼1,200.00 - ﷼1,500.00 per month
