Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through warm calling, networking, and targeted outreach to prospective commercial clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing accounts through effective account management and regular communication.
- Conduct detailed needs assessments to recommend tailored restoration services that meet client requirements.
- Lead negotiations to close sales deals efficiently while ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with marketing teams to develop strategies that increase brand awareness and generate leads within the commercial sector.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM platforms to track sales activities, manage client information, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
- Present technical solutions clearly and confidently, translating complex restoration processes into understandable benefits for clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly within technology sales, restoration services, or related industries.
- Strong negotiation skills paired with a strategic mindset for business development.

- Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM tools for sales tracking and analysis.

What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with:
- Property managers
- Insurance agents \& adjusters
- Commercial property owners
- Facility managers
- Generate new business through consistent outreach and networking
- Execute a multi-touch sales process (most referrals occur after 8+ quality touches)
- Track all contacts, activities, and pipeline in Luxor CRM
- Review incoming jobs and opportunities in 365 Restore
- Coordinate closely with operations to ensure seamless handoff
- Represent the company professionally in the field and at networking events
Performance Expectations (KPIs)
- Daily activity tracked in Luxor CRM
- Consistent outbound touches (calls, visits, emails, events)
- Pipeline development and progression
- Revenue generation tied to margin-based commission structure
- Accountability to activity, follow-up, and results
Compensation
- Base Salary: $70,000
- Commission:
- High-margin divisions: 1.5% – 3%
- Low-margin divisions: 0.5% – 1%
- Uncapped earning potential
Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
