About the Opportunity
A luxury hospitality and fine dining group in Doha is seeking an experienced, commercially driven, and highly connected Commercial Manager to lead revenue growth, corporate sales, strategic partnerships, private events, and guest engagement initiatives.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business performance, increasing market presence, developing new revenue streams, and strengthening relationships with corporate clients, VIP guests, and strategic partners.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth \& Business Development
- Drive revenue growth across all business segments.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and revenue streams.
- Generate corporate accounts and strategic partnerships.
- Secure private events, celebrations, and business gatherings.
- Develop relationships with corporate clients, embassies, government entities, and private organizations.
Partnerships \& Strategic Alliances
- Establish partnerships with luxury brands, hotels, concierge teams, travel companies, and lifestyle organizations.
- Build long-term commercial relationships that support business growth.
Guest Relations \& VIP Engagement
- Develop and maintain relationships with VIP guests and repeat customers.
- Implement guest retention and loyalty initiatives.
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences and personalized service standards.
Events \& Private Dining
- Promote and sell private dining experiences and special events.
- Work closely with operational teams to ensure successful event execution.
- Identify new event concepts and revenue-generating opportunities.
Commercial Performance
- Prepare weekly and monthly commercial reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and business opportunities.
- Achieve agreed revenue, partnership, and business development targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality, luxury hotels, fine dining, commercial management, business development, sales, or guest relations.
- Proven track record in revenue generation and business growth.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Arabic language skills are highly desirable.
- Existing professional network within Qatar is a strong advantage.
- Professional appearance and presentation skills.
