Simplí Finance is a fast-growing Irish business finance brokerage supporting SMEs across Ireland with access to funding solutions including working capital, asset finance, business loans, revenue-based lending, and other commercial finance products.
We work with business owners across sectors such as hospitality, retail, construction, transport, manufacturing, professional services, gyms, healthcare, and more. We are building a modern, fast-moving finance business and are now looking for a sharp, organised junior to join the team and learn business finance from the ground up.
The Role We are hiring a Client Onboarding \& Deal Support Executive to support our business finance team with client intake, document gathering, CRM updates, and deal support.
This is a junior role, ideal for someone early in their career who is organised, confident speaking with people, and interested in business, finance, sales, or client service.
You will speak with new and existing clients, help gather key information, keep client files organised, and support funding opportunities as they move through our process.
You will learn directly from the senior leadership team at Simplí Finance, giving you real exposure to how SME lending works in Ireland. Finance experience is not essential. Organisation, attitude, phone confidence, and willingness to learn matter more.
