Technical Support Engineer

Short Description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer to support our service operations for compressed air equipment. This role combines technical expertise, coaching, and coordination, ensuring efficient service delivery, continuous team development, and strong customer relationships. In this role, your mission is to provide expert technical support and training that ensures high-quality service delivery, customer satisfaction, and profitable business growth . Your day-to-day

• • Provide technical support for diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of Atlas Copco equipment (on-site and remote)
  • Deliver technical training and coaching to service teams and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate warranty cases, technical upgrades (ECBs), and service interventionsPlan and prioritize service activities together with Service Planner and field engineers
  • Ensure availability of tools, parts, and technical documentation
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams

Your skills and experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in service (compressed air or similar industrial equipment)
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems
• Experience working with compressors (high-pressure, turbo, or equivalent equipment)
• Proven ability to train, coach, and support technical teams
• Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• English proficiency and good IT/PC skills
