C\&B Consultant is seeking a Client Development Manager – Saudi Arabia, based in Riyadh, to drive new client acquisition and business growth across the Saudi market.
This is a field-focused role requiring regular client visits, face-to-face meetings, proactive prospecting, networking, relationship development, and identification of new projects and opportunities within the architecture, engineering, construction, and real-estate sectors.
The ideal candidate will have proven B2B business development experience in Saudi Arabia, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and preferably an established network within the industry. A valid driving licence is mandatory.
Performance will be measured through field activity, new client relationships, qualified opportunities, pipeline development, and ultimately business generated.
