We are looking for a Relationship Manager to own and deepen relationships with our ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) and high-net-worth (HNW) clients, family offices, and philanthropic entities. This role goes beyond investment servicing — it requires the ability to understand a client's full picture across wealth structuring, succession, family governance, and philanthropic intent, and to coordinate the right specialists (investment, trust, tax, legal) around that picture.
This is a senior client-facing role suited to someone who combines commercial relationship-building instincts with genuine technical fluency in wealth structuring — Singapore Private Trusts, Single Family Office (SFO) structures under MAS 13O/13U tax incentive schemes, Hibah and Sharia-compliant instruments, and philanthropic vehicles — within a CMS-licensed platform serving institutional and private wealth clients.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Ownership
- Act as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of UHNW/HNW individuals, family offices, and philanthropic clients
- Build and maintain long-term trust-based relationships, understanding not just portfolio objectives but family dynamics, succession intentions, and legacy goals
- Serve as the client's principal point of contact, coordinating internally across investment, trust structuring, tax, and legal specialists to deliver integrated solutions
- Manage the full client lifecycle: origination, onboarding, ongoing servicing, and retention
Wealth Structuring \& Solutions Coordination
- Identify and scope client needs around Single Family Office establishment (including MAS 13O Enhanced Tier and 13U exemption pathways), trust structures, and succession planning
- Coordinate with internal wealth structuring teams to design integrated solutions (e.g. Singapore Private Trust combined with Hibah instruments for Sharia-compliant succession, or post-liquidity-event SFO structuring following an IPO or business sale)
- Support development of client proposals and pitch materials for prospective family office and trust mandates
Philanthropy Advisory
- Advise clients on structuring philanthropic vehicles (donor-advised funds, private foundations, philanthropic trusts) aligned with family values and legacy intentions
- Liaise with relevant regulatory and charitable-sector bodies as needed to ensure structures are compliant and properly registered
- Support multi-generational conversations around family philanthropy and impact objectives
Investment \& Portfolio Oversight
- Ensure client portfolios and mandates are aligned with agreed investment objectives, risk tolerance, and liquidity needs, working closely with investment advisors and portfolio managers
- Present portfolio performance, structuring updates, and strategic recommendations directly to clients and family principals
- Conduct periodic suitability reviews in line with regulatory requirements
Business Development
- Originate new UHNW/HNW, family office, and philanthropic relationships through networks, referrals, and market presence
- Represent the firm at relevant industry, philanthropic, and private client events
- Contribute to the firm's broader positioning in the Singapore wealth structuring and family office market
Compliance \& Governance
- Ensure all client interactions, recommendations, and structures comply with MAS regulatory requirements applicable to licensed representatives
- Maintain rigorous documentation of client needs analysis, suitability assessments, and structuring rationale
- Escalate conflicts of interest, AML/CFT concerns, or governance issues promptly and appropriately
