About the Role

Modern Construction Company LLC is seeking a motivated Civil Engineer to support the delivery of commercial, residential, industrial, and infrastructure projects across Oman. You will oversee construction activities, ensure compliance with engineering and safety standards, and work closely with project teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and monitor daily construction activities.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality and engineering standards.
• Prepare project schedules, progress reports, material estimates, and technical documentation.
• Resolve technical issues and support efficient project execution.
• Monitor project resources, costs, and construction progress.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.
• Assist with project handover and completion documentation.

Skills \& Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in civil construction, infrastructure, or building projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, engineering standards, and project management principles.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management software.
• Excellent analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
