Project Engineer who will be responsible for managing the execution of 11kV/LT projects shall undertake the following actions:

• Manage \& supervise all distribution substation construction activities and Overhead lines /Under Ground Line works
• Review and approve the construction program submitted by the contractor and coordinate with the civil engineers to comply the requirements.
• Provide assistance TO CONTRACTOR to finalize any outstanding issues related to approval, construction of existing construction stations.
• Issue instructions to the contractor and supervise the execution of the works in accordance with tender specification and provide monthly feedback reports of energized projects during its defect liability period
• Issue weekly and monthly progress reports and other technical financial reports associated with the works.
• Review contractors claim for change request (cost/time) and prepare \& submit relevant reports
• Attend progress meetings as and when required to review progress and identify problems, if any.
• Prepare \& Submit proposal if required any changes on scope/time/quality/technical requirements in time. In each meeting such issues shall be escalated along with proper recommendations.
• Carryout site visit/factory visit jointly on or behalf of client for inspection, testing, during manufacturing, engineering, erection, testing and commissioning and ensure completion of all punch list point if raised, categorically.
• Project correspondence/documents, drawing submittal, review and reply to and from contractor:
• Clearance of energization \& snags and ensuring project closure in all respect, including as built approvals, certification and report on lesson learnt
• Study the Invoice submitted by contractor \& its certification
• Contractor performance report \& other relevant reports to be submitted in time as per line manager’s instruction
• Site Visit reports to be submitted on time

• All other works seen by the client necessary to complete the project will be part of consultant scope.

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.

• Professional engineering license preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and standards.
• Proven experience in project management and team leadership.
