Position Summary

We are seeking a world-class Chief AI Officer / Head of AI to steer our technical vision and lead our elite data science and machine learning engineering teams. As a pivotal C-suite leader, you will architect our long-term AI strategy, oversee the deployment of proprietary enterprise AI frameworks, and serve as the core technical advisor to key corporate partners and stakeholders. This role demands a unique combination of deep technical mastery (LLMs, Deep Learning, MLOps) and sharp commercial acumen.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Strategy \& Vision: Define and execute the overarching AI and data science roadmap, aligning cutting-edge GenAI/ML technological breakthroughs with corporate commercial objectives.
• Technical Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-caliber team of AI scientists, researchers, and machine learning engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous innovation.
• Product \& Architecture Oversight: Supervise the end-to-end development and productionization of robust, scalable enterprise AI solutions, ensuring best practices in MLOps, scalability, and data security.
• Executive Advisory: Act as the trusted technical voice for Aicadium, advising executive stakeholders, investment boards, and multinational enterprise partners on AI maturity, risk management, and adoption.
• AI Ethics \& Governance: Establish frameworks for responsible AI deployment, ensuring algorithmic fairness, regulatory compliance, and robust data privacy across all deployed models.

Requirements \& Qualifications

• Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or a highly quantitative field.
• Experience: 8+ years of technical leadership experience within advanced AI research labs, tech unicorns, or enterprise software corporations, with a proven track record of scaling AI products from research to production.
• Technical Mastery: Deep conceptual and hands-on understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Computer Vision, Deep Learning, and advanced cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Leadership Capability: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex algorithmic concepts into strategic business narratives for non-technical boards and executives.
• Ecosystem Standing: A recognized figure within the global or regional AI ecosystem, with active contributions to open-source projects, high-tier AI conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, CVPR), or industry panels is highly preferred.
