Patient safety in a dialysis clinic depends on strong nursing leadership at every shift. As our clinics across the Kingdom grow, we need experienced nurses ready to take on supervisory responsibility, support staff and uphold clinical standards day to day.
We are now looking for an Assistant Head Nurse who supports the Head Nurse in managing staff, maintaining quality of care and keeping clinic operations running safely and smoothly.
The Role
The Assistant Head Nurse plays a key leadership role in supporting the Head Nurse to ensure safe, effective, and high-quality clinic operations. The role contributes to staff management, patient care supervision, quality and patient safety, education, competency follow-up, audit action plans, and accreditation readiness. Through effective communication, clinical oversight, and active staff support, the Assistant Head Nurse helps maintain professional standards, strengthen team performance, and promote Diaverum’s True Care culture in daily practice.
You will report to the Head Nurse and work closely with clinic staff, clinic mentors and the Country Nursing Manager.
