Certified Level II Dental Assistant

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Certified Level II Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental team. The Level II dental assistant will support the endodontist in delivering exceptional dental care while ensuring smooth office workflow and patient satisfaction.

Duties

• Assist endodontist at chairside
• Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and setting up materials
• Take radiographs and CBCT images
• Manage patient records efficiently
• Provide excellent patient care by explaining procedures, answering questions, and ensuring comfort
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and safety standards
• Educate patients on post-treatment care
• Communicate next steps/follow up care as advised by endodontist to reception

Skills

• Proficiency in dental assisting techniques with a strong understanding of dental procedures and equipment
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn TDOS Endodontic Practise Management Software
• Knowledge of endodontic, re-treatment and apical surgery procedures
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients of all ages, including pediatric patients
