Production Operator

We are looking for a reliable and safety-focused Production Operator to join our manufacturing team in the Castelleone area. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating production machinery, ensuring smooth production processes, and maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities * Operate production machinery safely and efficiently * Ensure production processes run smoothly and products meet required quality standards * Follow established processes, procedures, product specifications, and company standards * Comply fully with Quality, Health, and Safety regulations * Support a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues * Use forklift and crane equipment where required * Work flexibly across different production lines as needed

Requirements * Upper secondary school diploma preferred * Residence in or near the Castelleone area * Availability to work across 3 shifts * Flexibility to work on different production lines * Previous experience in a similar manufacturing or production role preferred * Fluent Italian language skills * Basic English knowledge preferred * Forklift and crane operation experience/certification preferred * Strong teamwork and collaboration skills * Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred
