Job Description

Responsibilities

The day-to-day responsibilities for the Cashier Team Member is exciting as it covers a wide span of areas. Here are some of the key areas.

1. Balancing the cash register and generating reports for credit and debit sales.

2. Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change

3. Assisting transactions with customers using cash registers, self-check out

4. Processes payments by totalling purchases, processing checks, cash, credit and debit cards.

5. Ensure shelves are fully stocked, neat and clean

6. To do the food packaging for the E-Commerce

7. Maintain good customer relationships

8. Provide support to team members as and when needed

What We Are Looking For

  • 0–2 years of experience in cashiering, retail or customer service environment (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Basic numeracy skills with the ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately
  • Familiarity with POS systems is an added advantage
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
  • Flexible to work 6 days a week on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays
  • Basic understanding of customer service and store operations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
