What you'll be doing
You will provide cashiering, receipting and billing services across the Local Health District while delivering high-quality customer service to patients, visitors and staff. This role requires strong attention to detail, confidence working independently and the ability to adapt quickly across multiple sites.* Process cash handling, EFTPOS transactions, billing, invoicing and receipting activities * Deliver professional face-to-face customer service to patients, staff and members of the public * Reconcile daily and monthly financial transactions including cash, cheques and patient trust accounts * Manage patient property, petty cash reimbursements and comfort money in line with policy requirements * Work autonomously across various hospital sites and assist with training and support for relief staff
