CASHIER CUM SERVICE CREW - ONE SHAMELIN MALL (IMMEDIATE HIRING)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure strict execution of company policies, procedures, and service standards
• Have full knowledge of all menu items, daily features, and promotions
• Good customer service
• Serve food \& drinks
• Operate Cashier / POS system
• Make drinks (if needed)
• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment.
• Ensuring that health and safety regulations are followed.
• Perform any other duties in general operational functions and ad-hoc assignments.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/"O" Level in Food \& Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
• Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Non-experience candidates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
