Carpenter/Multi-Trader

Luxuria Property Ltd is a vibrant and growing Construction and Property Management Company based in Virginia Water, with projects in and around Berkshire, Hampshire and Surrey, including projects on the prestigious Wentworth Estate. The company was founded in 2015 and is forever expanding.

The successful candidate will need to be enthusiastic with a can-do attitude. Be resourceful, organised and timely. Additionally, be able to work alone, or as part of a wider team. Attention to detail and a high quality of work is a must.

We are seeking a Carpenter who also has multi-trade experience.

You will need to have a minimum of 5 years experience as a carpenter.

Experience in the below areas is essential-

• Second-fix Carpentry
• Kitchen Fitting
• The ability to fit and hang doors
• Fit skirting boards
• Fit architraves
• Cut roofs

Experience is any of the following is an advantage -

• Plumbing
• Bathroom Fitting
• Tilling
• Painting and Decorating

We are offering this role on a Self-Employed Basis with a salary starting at £200 a day upwards, depending on experience.

You will need to have your own Van and access to your tools.

Self-Employed:

Schedule:

• 7:30am - 4:30pm (with 2 x 30 minute breaks)
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Virginia Water, Surrey: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Carpentry: 5 years (preferred)
