• Train and mentor junior carpenters and apprentices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a carpenter with leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.

• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Certification in carpentry or related field is a plus.
