Carpenter (Construction Industry)

Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled Carpenter with 2–3 years of UAE construction experience to join our project team. The ideal candidate should be experienced in formwork, shuttering, and general carpentry tasks required for building and civil construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform formwork and shuttering carpentry for slabs, beams, columns, and walls.
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood, plywood, and other construction materials.
• Install doors, frames, partitions, skirting, and other wooden fixtures.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and site instructions.
• Ensure all carpentry work meets quality and safety standards.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Repair and maintain existing wooden structures at the site.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and engineers for daily tasks.
• Follow all HSE guidelines and maintain a clean work area.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of UAE experience in construction carpentry (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of formwork, shuttering, and finishing carpentry.
• Ability to read basic drawings and measurements.
• Physically fit and able to work in outdoor site conditions.
• Basic communication skills in English and Hindi preferred.
