We're Hiring – Car Showroom Administrator (Car Sales Experience)

• Position: Car Showroom Administrator (Arab National)
• Location: Al Khatat Motors \& Car – Doha, Qatar
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Salary: Competitive – Based on Experience

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the sales and operations teams.
• Prepare and maintain sales agreements, contracts, and customer records.
• Coordinate with clients regarding inquiries, appointments, and documentation.
• Manage vehicle sales documentation, registrations, and related administrative tasks.
• Maintain and update databases, reports, and filing systems.
• Coordinate with finance, marketing, and management teams.
• Handle correspondence, emails, and telephone inquiries professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Arab national preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in administration, preferably in the automotive or real estate industry.
• Previous car sales experience is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Immediate joining is preferred.
