Overview

We are currently looking for a Data Entry Administrator for up to 3 months to help us going into one of the busiest times of the year for Mamas \& Papas and our Digital / Ecommerce Team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Loading, updating, and maintaining product information across all systems relating to our website.
• Supporting the end-to-end product launch process to ensure products go live on time.
• Validating product information, imagery, pricing, and categorisation.
• Performing quality checks to ensure product data/information and imagery is accurate and complete.
• Working with Buying, Merchandising, Content, and Trading teams to gather launch information.

• Monitoring launch schedules and resolving data/information or imagery issues. Skills required.

• Microsoft Excel.

• Data entry and data validation experience (ideally across imagery \& data information)
• Experience with e-commerce platforms will be beneficial, but not necessary.
• Exceptional attention to detail.

This role being:

Full Time - 5 days a week from Monday to Friday (with the requirement to be at our Huddersfield Head Office, HD5 0RH, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays -Mondays and Fridays working from home.
