Camp Boss- Tagalog Speaker

We are looking for an experienced Camp Boss with a construction background and the ability to speak Tagalog to manage and supervise workers’ accommodation facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily camp operations and ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and discipline within the camp
• Coordinate accommodation arrangements for construction workers and staff
• Handle camp maintenance issues and coordinate with service providers
• Monitor food quality, housekeeping, and transportation arrangements
• Maintain camp occupancy records and employee documentation
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
• Address workers’ concerns and provide administrative support
• Coordinate with HR and site management regarding manpower and camp requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Camp Boss or similar role in the construction industry
• Construction industry background is mandatory
• Ability to communicate in Tagalog and English
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Knowledge of camp administration and labor accommodation standards
• Ability to handle multicultural workforce environments

Preferred:

• UAE/GCC experience
