Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

  • Create and process purchase orders as well as Kanban call-offs
  • Request and evaluate quotations for new items and components
  • Enter and maintain order confirmations; monitor delivery schedules and track material availability
  • Implement and further develop logistics concepts and supply strategies
  • Manage technical changes and ensure timely updates of relevant master data
  • Support Lean, 5S, and material flow improvement projects in close cooperation with internal stakeholders

YOU HAVE:

  • Completed technical or commercial education (e.g. industrial clerk, logistics, or comparable qualification)
  • Solid understanding of purchasing and procurement processes
  • Experience with SAP ECC 6
  • Structured and solution-oriented working style with strong follow-up skills
  • Team-oriented mindset combined with the ability to work independently
  • Very good command of German & English, both written and spoken
