On behalf of Defra, we are looking for a Workforce Structure and Position Management Analyst (InsideIR35) for a 8 month contract based hybrid in either Leeds, York, Newcastle, Manchester, Birmingham or Bristol. This role is a SEO level.

Role:
To support the Position Management pre-implementation phase of the Synergy programme. This role will play a key part in ensuring workforce structures, position data and organisational design information are accurately captured, validated and aligned to the future Oracle Fusion ERP platform.
Working within a complex transformation environment, you will coordinate activity across HR, Finance, Commercial, Digital and Data teams, ensuring stakeholders remain aligned, actions are tracked and project deliverables are completed to a high standard.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills, HR systems experience and the ability to work with large datasets while engaging a wide range of stakeholders.
