Tasks

• Drive process optimization \& digital transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline operations
• Manage mid-sized, cross-functional projects end-to-end, ensuring on-time delivery, scope control, and measurable business impact
• Design a data- and fact-based steering framework to derive \& prioritize initiatives supporting strategic goals
• Analyze core processes \& workflows to identify inefficiencies \& implement scalable improvements
• Leverage data analytics \& performance metrics to assess \& enhance process effectiveness
• Ensure alignment of all initiatives with organizational priorities \& strategic objectives

Requirements

• Vocational training \& 5 years or Bachelor \& 3 years work experience
• Strong analytical capabilities with solid background in process analysis \& optimization
• Excellent organizational \& self management skills with the ability to prioritze multiple tasks effectively
• Exceptional verbal \& written communication skills, combined with strong interpersonal abilities to enable effective cross functional collaboration
• Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions based on facts, metrics \& analysis
