Job Description – Business Analyst (BUS) – Collections & Recovery (CRWnp)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (BUS) with strong domain expertise in Collections & Recovery to support the CRWnp (Collections & Recovery Workbench – next phase) initiative. The role will focus on translating high-level business requirements into detailed, low-level functional specifications , ensuring readiness for implementation and future scalability.
Key Responsibilities
Break down high-level BUS requirements into:
Detailed functional specifications (L3/L4 level)
Process-aligned use cases and user stories
Ensure end-to-end coverage across:
Pre-delinquency
Collections (soft & hard)
Recovery (legal / post-write-off)
Document as-is and to-be processes for Collections & Recovery
Create process models using Adonis
Define:
Process flows
Decision points
Exception handling scenarios
Map business requirements to CRWnp capabilities
Identify:
Functional gaps
Enhancement opportunities
Ensure readiness for future adjustments and scalability
Collaborate with:
Business stakeholders (Collections, Recovery, Risk)
IT / Architecture / Delivery teams
Conduct requirement workshops (German + English)
Define:
Data requirements (DPD, customer, exposure, payments)
Business rules (segmentation, prioritization, escalation)
Support integration with core systems (loan/CRM/payment)
Support:
UAT definition and execution
Scenario validation for collections flows
Ensure requirements traceability (BRD FSD Test cases)
document and solutions implementation as defined by client through effective team management
Key Responsibilities
To drive business workshops and gather business requirements
To review functional specification document and ensure for completeness and storage.
To conduct the walkthroughâ to brief the functional specification mapping to business requirements and suggest design solutions
To review test cases and ensure that it is in line with functional requirements
To lead a team of business analysts
