We're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing team and drive new business across our marketing, communications, advertising, and public relations services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across marketing, communications, advertising, and PR services.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline from prospecting to contract signing.
• Develop and present tailored proposals that align with client objectives.
• Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers across brands and corporate organizations.
• Represent the agency at client meetings, networking events, and industry functions.
• Collaborate with our creative, strategy, and account management teams to deliver compelling pitches.
• Monitor pipeline performance and consistently achieve revenue targets.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of business development or sales experience within a marketing, advertising, communications, or PR agency.
• Currently based in Dubai, UAE.
• Strong understanding of selling integrated marketing, communications, and PR solutions.
• Proven track record of generating new business and closing high-value deals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to independently manage the full sales cycle.

Preferred Qualifications

• Established network across brands, corporates, or agencies within the UAE/GCC.
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.

Pay: From AED14,000.00 per month
