Job Summary
The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets across Avionhaze's full range of cargo and logistics services, including Dangerous Goods, AOG freight, government cargo, and multimodal solutions. This role suits a seasoned freight/logistics sales professional who can hit the ground running with an existing network and proven pipeline management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Cold Calling and Prospecting
- Conduct a minimum of 30–50 outbound cold calls daily to potential clients including freight forwarders, manufacturers, oil \& gas companies, airlines, general trading, furniture, missionary, perfume, and perishable food businesses.
- Research and identify decision-makers using social media, directories, and the internal database.
- Introduce Avionhaze's services confidently and tailor the pitch to each prospect's specific logistics needs.
- Log all calls, outcomes, and next steps in the company system immediately after each interaction.
Email Handling and Communication
- Draft and send professional, targeted outreach emails to cold prospects and warm leads.
- Respond promptly to inbound email inquiries (within 2 business hours), providing accurate service information and pricing.
- Manage ongoing client email threads with clarity and urgency, ensuring no query goes unanswered.
- Prepare and send tailored proposals, rate sheets, and service brochures via email.
Follow-Up and Pipeline Management
- Execute structured follow-up sequences for all leads across phone, email, and WhatsApp until a decision is reached.
- Track each lead's status and progress in the database system; update records after every touchpoint.
- Coordinate with operations and pricing teams to provide timely, accurate quotations.
- Ensure all pending proposals receive a follow-up within 48 hours of submission.
Lead Generation
- Proactively source new leads through social media, websites, trade exhibitions, industry events, Eurostaffs outreach, and networking.
- Monitor industry news and identify companies that may require DG handling.
- Continuously build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
Targets and KPIs
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets as set by the Sales Manager.
- Meet activity KPIs: daily call count, emails sent, meetings booked, and proposals submitted.
- Report weekly pipeline status, wins, losses, and forecasts to senior management.
Software and Tools
- Microsoft Outlook / Gmail — professional email management and scheduling.
- Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets — prepare quotes, track pipelines, and report on sales data. Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all leads, contacts, and deal stages.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2–5 years of proven sales experience in freight forwarding, cargo, or logistics.
- Experience handling Dangerous Goods (DG) accounts is a strong advantage.
- Existing client network in the UAE freight and logistics market is highly desirable.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
