Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Development \& Delivery
- Design, develop, and deploy business applications using Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Build automated workflows to streamline operations and reduce manual processes.
- Develop dashboards and reports to support business intelligence and decision-making.
Business Analysis \& Process Improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to existing processes.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions and system requirements.
Systems Integration \& Data Management
- Integrate systems using APIs and connectors to ensure seamless data flow.
- Work with data sources (SQL, Excel, SharePoint, etc.) to support application development and reporting.
- Maintain data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility.
Microsoft 365 \& Collaboration Tools
- Implement and optimize solutions using SharePoint and Microsoft Teams for collaboration and document management.
- Support digital workplace initiatives and user adoption.
Testing, Deployment \& Support
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Provide support and enhancements for deployed solutions.
- Ensure solutions meet performance, security, and compliance standards.
Documentation \& Training
- Create technical and functional documentation for all solutions.
- Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure effective adoption.
