As we continue to expand our Managed Services practice across the GCC, we are looking for an experienced Managed Services Sales Manager to drive enterprise sales across our portfolio, supporting organisations on their digital transformation journeys.

Role Overview

We are seeking a commercially driven Managed Services Sales Manager to lead end-to-end enterprise sales across the GCC, focusing on our Managed Services portfolio including Oracle Fusion, Service Desk \& End User Support, Infrastructure \& Cloud Operations, DevOps, SecOps, AI \& Data, Software Engineering, Digital Solutions, and ManageEngine platforms.

This is a strategic hunting and account growth role requiring the ability to engage C-level executives, understand complex business challenges, and position innovative managed services solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.

The successful candidate will be based in Dubai and responsible for developing new business opportunities across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman.

Location

  • Dubai, United Arab Emirates

  • Covering the UAE and wider GCC region

  • Regional travel required for client meetings, workshops, industry events, and partner engagements

Key Duties \& Responsibilities

Sales Strategy \& Business Development

  • Own and execute the Managed Services sales strategy across the GCC.

  • Develop new business opportunities across enterprise organisations, government, semi-government, financial services, healthcare, telecoms, energy, logistics, aviation, retail, and other strategic sectors.

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline through strategic prospecting, networking, partner engagement, and account planning.

  • Drive structured sales governance from opportunity qualification through to contract award.

  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue, profitability, and growth targets.

Enterprise Account Management

  • Develop trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, CFOs, Procurement Leaders, and Executive stakeholders.

  • Expand existing client relationships through cross-sell and upsell opportunities across Halian's Managed Services portfolio.

  • Become a strategic advisor on technology operations, workforce transformation, and digital enablement.

Solution Consulting \& Proposal Development

Work closely with Solution Architects, Delivery Teams, and Bid Management to develop compelling managed services solutions across:

  • Oracle Fusion Managed Services
  • Application Support \& Managed ERP Services
  • IT Service Desk \& End User Support
  • Workplace Services \& Onsite Support
  • Infrastructure \& Cloud Operations
  • Network Operations \& Security
  • DevOps \& Platform Engineering
  • Cyber Security Operations (SecOps)
  • AI, Data \& Machine Learning Services
  • Software Engineering \& Digital Product Development
  • ManageEngine Solutions
  • IT Outsourcing \& Managed Capacity Models

Support the development of:

  • Client presentations
  • Solution proposals
  • Statements of Work (SoW)
  • RFP and RFQ responses
  • Commercial models including Fixed Price, Time \& Materials, Managed Services, and Outcome-Based engagements.

Collaborate with strategic partners including Oracle, Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, ManageEngine, and other technology vendors.

Commercial Leadership

  • Lead commercial negotiations including contracts, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), pricing, and commercial terms.

  • Protect profitability while ensuring competitive solutions.

  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM reporting.

  • Participate in executive deal reviews and governance meetings.

Internal Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Delivery, Operations, HR, Finance, and Recruitment teams to ensure successful mobilisation and ongoing client satisfaction.

  • Provide market intelligence to influence service development, pricing strategies, and go-to-market initiatives.

  • Support the growth of Halian's Managed Services practice across the GCC.

Qualifications \& Skills

  • Minimum 8 years' experience in enterprise technology sales, with a strong background in Managed Services.

  • Demonstrated success selling Managed Services within the Middle East or wider GCC region.

  • Proven track record of winning enterprise clients and expanding strategic accounts.

  • Experience selling one or more of the following:

o Oracle Fusion Managed Services

o ITSM \& Service Desk

o Infrastructure \& Cloud Services

o Cyber Security Services

o DevOps \& Platform Engineering

o AI \& Data Services

o Software Development Services

o Digital Transformation Services

o ManageEngine Solutions

  • Strong experience engaging C-level executives and business leaders.

  • Knowledge of managed services operating models, ITIL principles, SLAs, KPIs, and service governance.

  • Good understanding of cloud technologies including Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform.

  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

  • ITIL, Cloud, Oracle, Cyber Security, or Sales certifications are advantageous.

  • UAE driving licence and own transport preferred.
