Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Prepare quotations, invoices and purchase orders
  • Maintain customer records and project documentation
  • Coordinate meetings and customer appointments
  • Follow up project progress with internal teams
  • Update reports and spreadsheets
  • Assist in preparing business documents and presentations
  • Support daily office administration and operations
  • Perform other administrative duties assigned by your supervisor

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in:
  • Business Administration
  • Business Management
  • Office Administration
  • Management
  • Project Management
  • Business Information Systems
  • Information Technology
  • Information Systems
  • Human Resource Management
  • Accounting
  • Internship duration of at least 3 months
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Responsible, organised and willing to learn
