Job Description

About the Role

The Brand & Creative Designer is the visual heartbeat of the Chain family. Sitting within the Brand team and working across the Chain group of brands - Chain Social, Chain Academy and Haus of Chain - this role is responsible for designing, building and maintaining web presences across the group, and supports client-facing digital design work spanning UI/UX, web design and digital content production.

At its core, this is a role for someone who understands that great brand work is never just pretty - it's strategic, consistent and built to last. The ideal candidate loves designing intuitive, visually compelling digital experiences, has a strong eye for UI/UX, a deep understanding of web design principles and genuine excitement about the lifestyle, beauty and fashion space.

This role reports to the Brand & Marketing Manager.

What You'll Be Doing

Web & Digital Creative

  • Design, build and maintain websites and landing pages across Chain Social, Chain Academy and Haus of Chain, ensuring each brand has a distinct, cohesive and recognisable web presence
  • Design across a wide range of digital formats, including websites, landing pages, email templates, digital advertising, social media content and digital collateral
  • Collaborate with the Brand & Marketing Manager to bring campaigns, launches and brand moments to life, translating brand strategy into web and digital design solutions
  • Create web-optimised assets including banners, interactive elements and motion graphics that are on-brand and built to perform
  • Build and maintain a centralised library of web templates and assets across Figma, Webflow/WordPress, Canva, Adobe and Google Suite
  • Stay across AI-powered design tools and emerging web creative technology, integrating them into workflows where they add genuine value

Client Creative Support

  • Provide overflow web and digital design support for client campaigns and deliverables as required
  • Design and deliver client-facing web pages, microsites and digital campaign assets
  • Ensure all client web and creative output is delivered to a consistently high standard, on time and on brief

About You

  • 5+ years of experience in web design, brand, graphic design or a creative role, ideally within an agency or fast-paced in-house environment
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating web design, UI/UX, brand identity, digital design and content creation across multiple formats
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva
  • A genuine understanding of and passion for the lifestyle, beauty, fashion and creative agency space
  • Strong ability to manage multiple briefs, priorities and deadlines without compromising quality
  • High attention to detail, a strong aesthetic sensibility and a commitment to producing work that is both beautiful and strategic
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
