Job Description

The Executive Operations Manager serves as the direct support person to the CEO and executive leadership team. This role oversees operations, office management, HR coordination, compliance, logistics, and communication between all company branches located in Palmetto, Orlando, and Tampa.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, proactive, and capable of managing multiple departments and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the CEO’s primary support person for daily operations and administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate communication between all company locations.
  • Assist with implementing company goals, systems, and operational improvements.
  • Monitor daily workflows and ensure departments operate efficiently.
  • Assist management teams with problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • Oversee company compliance, documentation, and organization.
  • Ensure deadlines, schedules, and operational procedures are followed.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding company and employee matters.
  • Travel between branches when necessary.
  • Lead and supervise all store operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service initiatives
  • Manage recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Process employee paperwork and maintain personnel files.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
  • Handle disciplinary actions, write-ups, and terminations professionally.
  • Coordinate employee training and development.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding employee matters.
  • Assist with payroll documentation and HR compliance.
  • Ensure labor law and workplace compliance requirements are followed.
  • Develop and update employee handbooks and policies.
  • Manage office staff and daily administrative operations.
  • Ensure offices remain organized and fully operational.
  • Coordinate communication between office departments and branches.
  • Monitor office supplies, systems, and administrative needs.
  • Assist customers, vendors, and employees professionally.
  • Ensure proper filing and document organization.
  • Help maintain scheduling, dispatching, and workflow coordination.
  • Support management with operational needs and reporting.
  • Oversee inventory control, purchasing, pricing strategies, and merchandising to maximize profitability
  • Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones while promoting store promotions and campaigns
  • Ensure logistics team and drivers keep vehicles cleaned and organized
  • Monitor store performance metrics, prepare budgets, and implement action plans for continuous improvement

Pay: $52,000.00 - $62,400.00 per year
