Possess 7+ years of experience in Power Plant Operations and Maintenance.
Ensure reliable and efficient plant operation by continuously monitoring and controlling operating parameters.
Conduct plant performance assessments, including fuel quality analysis and water chemistry analysis.
Maintain shift logbooks, operating records, and log sheets in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Execute plant cold, warm, and hot start-ups and shutdowns as per approved SOPs.
Troubleshoot operational issues and effectively manage emergency situations such as equipment failures, load rejections, plant trips, and blackouts.
Prepare operational and technical reports, including Daily Generation Reports (DGR), Monthly Reports, Trip Reports, and Failure Analysis Reports.
Plan, coordinate, and execute scheduled plant shutdown and maintenance activities.
Ensure the availability and readiness of standby equipment by implementing equipment changeover schedules and performing routine activities such as turbine-generator (TG) lube oil top-up, lube oil changeover, and condenser air rumming/removal operations.
Coordinate with relevant departments for equipment isolation and ensure compliance with HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment), JSA (Job Safety Analysis), and PTW (Permit to Work) requirements before commencing maintenance activities.
Ensure strict adherence to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies, procedures, and company regulations.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant reliability, availability, efficiency, and operational safety.
Preferred Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 7+ years of experience in Power Plant Operations and Maintenance.
