The Role
Our client, a leading hospitality and hotel operator with a significant presence across the Middle East and Africa (MEA), is seeking an experienced Bilingual Company Secretary / Senior Legal Administrator for a 6–12-month temporary contract based in Dubai, supporting regional governance and corporate secretarial activities across the MEA region.
This role will be critical to managing board and committee governance, corporate compliance, statutory records, and legal entity management across multiple jurisdictions. The successful candidate will work closely with senior executives, legal teams, and board stakeholders throughout the region.
The successful candidate will be a highly organised governance professional with strong technical company secretarial expertise, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and experience operating within complex regional corporate structures.
Key Responsibilities
The role offers a monthly compensation of up to AED15,000, inclusive of allowances, along with basic medical coverage for self. The work arrangement follows a hybrid setup, with 2 days required in the office and 3 days working from home.
This position is offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Immediate availability is preferred.
