Senior Business Analyst – Custody Tax \& Regulatory Reporting

Location: Limerick (3 days onsite)

Rate: Competitive Daily Rate in Euros

Contract: 12+ Months Contract

An established financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a high-profile Tax \& Regulatory Change Programme.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior BA with strong experience in custody, asset servicing or wealth management to lead requirements across a complex regulatory programme. You'll work with senior stakeholders, analyse complex financial data, and help deliver critical regulatory and tax reporting solutions.

This role would suit someone who enjoys operating at the centre of business and technology, influencing senior stakeholders while driving successful programme delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities across a large Tax \& Regulatory programme.
• Coordinate requirements gathering across multiple workstreams and Business Analysts.
• Facilitate workshops with senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Analyse complex custody, transactional and client data.
• Translate business, operational and regulatory requirements into detailed functional documentation.
• Support the delivery of tax and regulatory reporting capabilities.
• Work closely with implementation, custody tax and programme delivery teams.
• Participate in SIT, UAT and external client testing activities.
• Support reporting validation and remediation initiatives.
• Contribute to programme planning, prioritisation and successful delivery.

Required Experience

You'll ideally bring:

• Extensive Business Analysis experience within Financial Services.
• Previous experience leading or coordinating requirements across multiple Business Analysts.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience within:
• Custody
• Asset Servicing
• Wealth Management
• Institutional Investment Services
• Strong knowledge of one or more of:
• Withholding Tax
• CRS/FATCA Reporting
• Regulatory Reporting
• Experience analysing:
• Client data
• Transactional data
• Complex transaction types including Repo activity
• Understanding of custody reporting obligations.
• Knowledge of institutional clients, trust structures and partnership structures.
• Exposure to trade booking and regulatory reporting processes.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Experience supporting testing, reporting validation and remediation programmes.
