Bartender/Server

Henrys \& The Jailhouse are on the look out for an upbeat individual to join their bar team.

Overview: We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team in delivering exceptional service in a vibrant restaurant setting.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve drinks to customers following standard recipes and personalising where required
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Handle cash transactions and operate the till accurately
- Monitor customer intake to prevent overconsumption and ensure safety
- Assist in restocking the bar and managing inventory levels

Skills:
- Proficient in time management to ensure efficient service during busy periods
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Experience in bartending, including knowledge of mixing drinks and cocktail recipes
- Adherence to food safety regulations and maintaining hygiene standards
- Basic maths skills for handling payments accurately
- Ability to work well within a team environment in a fast-paced restaurant setting

Job Type: Part/Full-time

Expected hours: 12-35 hours per week
