Bartender

Infinity Hospitality is seeking experienced, professional Bartenders to join our growing hospitality team across our Sydney venues. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about cocktails, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

About the Role

As a Bartender at Infinity Hospitality, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality beverage service while maintaining a welcoming and professional bar environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and serving a wide range of beverages, including classic and signature cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits
• Providing outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional approach
• Ensuring responsible service of alcohol and compliance with NSW RSA regulations
• Maintaining bar cleanliness, organisation, and stock levels
• Handling cash transactions and operating POS systems
• Working collaboratively with the hospitality team to support restaurant and function operations
• Managing multiple orders efficiently in a busy, high-energy environment

What We’re Looking For

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

• Minimum 1 year of bartending or relevant hospitality experience (essential)
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and beverage presentation
• Sound understanding of alcohol handling, storage, safety, and ID verification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining high service standards
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and public holidays
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
• Current NSW RSA certification (required)
