Bartender

Experienced Bartender – Sittano's Bar and Restaurant

We’re looking for an experienced bartender to join the team at Sittano's Bar and Restaurant.

This role would suit someone who works well in a fast-paced environment, has good customer service skills, and can confidently manage a busy bar during lunch and dinner service.

About the Role

• Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Making cocktails, spirits, beers, wines, and basic coffee if required
• Providing friendly and professional customer service
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
• Restocking bar supplies and monitoring stock levels
• Handling EFTPOS and cash transactions
• Following RSA and venue procedures at all times
• Assisting floor staff when required during busy periods

What We’re Looking For

• Previous bartending experience in a busy restaurant or bar
• Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beer
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
• Reliable, well-presented, and punctual
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Current NSW RSA Certificate is essential
