Barista/Front of House

Grounded Café in Milltown is looking for a hardworking, experienced and enthusiastic Barista/ Front Of House to join our team.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a passion for great coffee and excellent customer service, and can thrive in a busy café environment.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, competent, organised and able to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffees and other beverages consistently.
• Deliver friendly, professional and efficient customer service.
• Work confidently in a fast-paced café environment.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation.
• Operate the coffee machine and other café equipment competently.
• Assist with daily opening, closing and general café duties.
• Work effectively as part of a team and take initiative when required.
