Barista/All Rounder

We are seeking a full-time Barista/Sales Assistant to join our team at Kates Kitchen Sligo. This is a varied, multi-tasking role, with duties split across the tills, the shop floor, and assisting our current barista team .

Key Responsibilities

• Operate the till, including taking orders and processing payments
• Support floor duties, including table service, clearing, and maintaining a clean dining area
• Assist the barista with coffee and beverage preparation
• Maintain stock levels and assist with restocking as required
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained throughout the shop
• Provide a friendly and professional level of customer service at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience in a café, retail, or hospitality setting is an advantage but not essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and remain adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Eligible to work in Ireland
