Responsibilities

• Perform professional hair styling, cutting, coloring, and styling services tailored to client preferences
• Provide esthetic treatments including body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care
• Deliver exceptional guest services by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client needs
• Conduct product demonstrations and recommend retail products to enhance client results
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas in compliance with health regulations
• Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and managing client records
• Engage in retail sales by upselling products and services to maximize client satisfaction and revenue
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and new beauty trends
• Ensure all treatments are performed with professionalism, precision, and attention to detail

Qualifications

• Valid license or certification as a Hairdresser or Esthetician required
• Proven experience in hair styling, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care preferred
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in a salon/spa environment
• Ability to perform retail sales and upselling techniques confidently
• Excellent communication skills combined with a friendly demeanor
• Experience working at the front desk or in guest services is a plus
• Passion for beauty industry trends and continuous professional development

Pay: $17.25-$19.00 per hour
