Senior Esthetician

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of skincare and beauty treatments, providing exceptional services to our clients while ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. As an Esthetician, you will play a key role in enhancing the overall experience of our guests, promoting skincare products, and delivering various beauty treatments.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, makeup application, and eyelash extensions.
• Provide personalized skincare consultations to clients, assessing their needs and recommending appropriate treatments.
• Upsell products and services based on client preferences and skin type.
• Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on the benefits of skincare products.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Build strong relationships with clients through excellent guest services and customer service skills.
• Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations.

Skills

• Effective communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
• Proficiency in body waxing techniques and makeup application.
• Experience in sales, particularly in upselling beauty products or services.
• Ability to provide exceptional guest services that enhance client satisfaction.
• Knowledge of eyelash extension application techniques is a plus.
• A passion for the beauty industry with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
