• Managing appointment schedules efficiently to ensure smooth daily operations
• Building rapport with clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and products within the barbering industry
• Ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sterilised and maintained

Experience

• Proven experience in barbering or hair styling, with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating versatility and skill
• Excellent communication skills in English, capable of understanding client needs and providing clear advice
• Customer service experience, with a friendly and professional demeanour that makes clients feel comfortable
• Knowledge of current hair trends, products, and grooming techniques
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
