Job Title: B2B Sales Executive / B2B Sales RepresentativeJob Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven B2B Sales Executive to identify, develop, and manage business-to-business sales opportunities. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, generating new business, and achieving sales targets through strategic outreach and account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential business clients (B2B market)
- Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, emails, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
- Understand client needs and propose suitable products/services
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, delivery) to ensure client satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and opportunities
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales or corporate sales (2+ years preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build long-term client relationships
- Self-motivated and target-driven personality
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot is a plus)
- Good understanding of sales pipelines and forecasting
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
