Job Description

Job Title: B2B Sales Executive / B2B Sales RepresentativeJob Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven B2B Sales Executive to identify, develop, and manage business-to-business sales opportunities. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, generating new business, and achieving sales targets through strategic outreach and account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential business clients (B2B market)
  • Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, emails, and referrals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable products/services
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, delivery) to ensure client satisfaction
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and opportunities

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or corporate sales (2+ years preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships
  • Self-motivated and target-driven personality
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot is a plus)
  • Good understanding of sales pipelines and forecasting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
