Job Description

Requirements

Education
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
Experience
  • 3 to 5 years
Additional Requirements
  • Age 30 to 35 years
  • Accounting Dara Entry skills
  • Cost Management Accounting skills
  • Stock Maintain skills
  • Internal Audit skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Strong knowledge of accounting principles,
  • Proficiency in accounting Tally software and ERP systems.
  • Strong knowledge of advance excel & PowerPoint.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Costing:

  • Implement and manage job costing systems to accurately track and report project costs.
  • Analyze cost data and prepare detailed reports to support project budgeting and financial decision-making.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate cost allocation and financial reporting.

Accounts Maintenance:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounts.
  • Ensure all financial transactions are recorded in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Inventory Management:
  • Oversee inventory management processes, including stock levels, procurement, and asset tracking.
  • Implement inventory control systems to minimize stock discrepancies and optimize stock levels.
  • Prepare and analyze inventory reports to support financial planning and decision-making.
