We are now looking for an Associate Business Analyst to join our Service Excellence \& Performance Team in Lisbon and play a key role in shaping the future of GBS through process transformation, analytics, and AI.
As an Associate Business Analyst, you will sit within the GBS Service Excellence \& Performance Team, part of the COO organisation. You'll work across multiple business services and functions, helping to identify opportunities for improvement, define business requirements, and support the delivery of transformation initiatives.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, working with data, and leveraging emerging technologies to create meaningful business impact.
You'll contribute across two key areas:
Working alongside senior analysts and cross-functional stakeholders, you'll help turn business challenges into clear requirements, actionable insights, and measurable outcomes.
We're looking for a strong Business Analyst first and foremost. Industry experience is welcome, but we're most interested in individuals who can demonstrate outstanding business analysis capability, strong stakeholder management skills, and a passion for transformation.
