Working Day: 5 days (Mon - Fri)

Working Location : Pelabuhan Tanjung Pelepas, Gelang Patah, Johor.

Salary Range: RM 6,500 to RM 8,500

Fixed Allowance: RM 200 (Meal) + RM 600 (Travel)

Benefits: Bonus (Depends on performance), Annual leave, Public Holiday, Sick Leave, EPF \& SOCSO

Job Description

• Responsible for overseeing and managing day to day activities in both local and oversea market.
• Accomplishes business development activities by developing market opportunities and implementing sales planning.
• Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information, strategic planning, and performance reviews
• Build a good relationship and promote open communication with all departments to effectively support markets and customers
• Improve product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities, including coordination of new product development initiatives
• Deliver product demonstrations to customers during visits, showcasing the value and benefits of our products and techniques.
• Plan and implement monthly business plan for the direct reports and customer visit.
• Develop market networking, agent or country distributor for market expansion.
• Manage Malaysia, Singapore and Asia market.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant fields
• At least 3 years of export sales experiences in food manufacturing industry
• Willing to travel both local and oversea and work independently
• Understanding of market trends, regulations, and competitors
• Good business mind and financial literacy
• Strategic thinking and results-oriented
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in negotiation, analysis, and problem-solving
• Good work ethic

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
