Assistant Nurse

The Assistant Nurse supports aesthetic doctors and registered nurses in providing safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care. The role includes preparing treatment rooms, assisting during aesthetic procedures, maintaining patient records, and ensuring compliance with DHA regulations and infection control standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies before procedures.
• Assist doctors and nurses during aesthetic treatments and minor procedures.
• Welcome patients and assist with patient preparation before treatment.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures as directed.
• Provide post-treatment care instructions under the supervision of the physician or registered nurse.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Ensure proper sterilization and infection control procedures are followed.
• Manage inventory of medical supplies and notify supervisors of shortages.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas.
• Schedule patient appointments and coordinate follow-up visits when required.
• Handle patient inquiries professionally and maintain confidentiality.
• Comply with DHA regulations, clinic policies, and health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Valid DHA Eligibility Letter, DHA License, or DHA Assistant Nurse License.
• Experience in an aesthetic, dermatology, or cosmetic clinic is preferred.
• Knowledge of infection control and patient care procedures.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.

Working Hours

• 48 hours per week (as per UAE Labour Law and company policy)

Salary \& Benefits

• As per company policy and UAE Labour Law.

Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
